Help with the CNAW 2 app for iPhone and Android

Common questions

Alerts: choose Breaking news, Local news, Weather and Traffic when you sign up, or later from the menu (top left), then Notifications, once signed in. Your phone's Settings app also needs notifications turned on for CNAW.
Weather for the wrong place: allow location for CNAW in your phone's Settings, while using the app.
Send a photo or video: tap the camera at the top right of the home page.
Something wrong in a story: open the story and tap Report a problem.
Text size and dark mode: menu, then Text size or Dark mode, once signed in. CNAW also follows your phone's own text size.

An account is optional. Sign in from the menu with Apple, Google or email.
Delete your account: menu, then Delete my account at the bottom (signed in). You can also ask by email. See how deletion works.
